Sticker, Image & Background Upload Rules

ALL images, stickers and backgrounds uploaded to Club Tropica are checked by a team of volunteer moderators; any image that is deemed unsuitable will be removed and you will NOT be refunded. So, make sure you read all of these rules before uploading an image to Club Tropica. Pleading ignorance will not get you a refund for deleted images, stickers and backgrounds.

1) All stickers and backgrounds must be no bigger than 130 x 130 pixels.

2) All images, stickers and backgrounds must be in; GIF, PNG or JPEG format.

3) Images must be marked correctly, if an image, sticker or background contains mature material (i.e. nudity, or exposure of sexual parts) then it MUST be marked as mature. Images that are not correctly marked will be deleted from the server and no refund will be given.

4) Images must not break any of the Club Tropica rules. Specifically; aiming to harass other users or, depicting illegal or illicit activities. Any images, stickers or backgrounds that do, will be deleted from the server and no refund will be given.

5) Stickers and background images MUST be your own work or, you must be able to show that you have permission to use that image. Using images that you did not create, 'borrowing' images from other sites (including the Club Tropica site), other people's profiles, etc... is classed as a copyright infringement and the image will be deleted from the Club Tropica server and no refund will be given.

6) You may NOT upload any image, sticker or background that could be classed as an advert UNLESS, the image advertises a 'fansite' in support of Club Tropica. All images that could be classed as adverts will be deleted from the Club Tropica server and no refund will be given.

7) Stickers and backgrounds may feature real life pictures but, you may NOT place stickers and backgrounds featuring real life picture of yourself or others up for sale.
