Community Team Leaders

ClubTropica Community Team Leaders are people who run the ClubTropica Community, anyone can be a Community Leader! Running Club Tropica's Community is a very prestigious task, it will require a lot of hard work, effort, and more than anything else, dedication. You also need to demonstrate diversity, listen to people, and most of all keep people interested.

Can I become a Community Team Leader?

Anyone can apply to become a Community Leader, providing they meet a few simple requirements. If you can answer yes to the following questions, then you can apply to become a Community Leader:

• You are 17 or over.
• Well behaved on ClubTropica.
• Have up to 7 hours a week to dedicate.
• Have 2 other party members fitting the same criteria
• Most of all have a positive attitude towards ClubTropica to create a fun and challenging community

What is a Community Team?

A Community Team is very similar to a Politcal Party in the real world, except it is more fun! Every Quarter a Community Team will be selected to lead the ClubTropica Community, which includes posting news articles, organising competitions, making rules, creating new campaigns, make sure user numbers are high, dealing with problem situations, making sure users are safe and happy, and general day to day business with the website.

However, to get to this position, you must be elected by your fellow ClubTropica users.

What's required from me?

Every Community Team is made of 3 people, this can be 3 friends, or 3 people in different time zones. Before you become the Official Community Team, you need to be elected. How does this work? When you create your team below, we will give you a Community Team Group Page, which has all the features of a normal group page except you will have a Voting widget which will be enabled when voting is accepted.

On your Community Team pages, you should publish reasons why people should choose your team, list your plans, what you want to achieve if the user gave you their vote, and try encouraging users to support your team. Users can join your group, so you can send messages to them during campaigns.

You will be given a special URL link to your campaign pages, these can be used to publish anywhere. Remember, the more your name is out there, the more interest you will get. People are more likely to support something well known, than something that is not
