New User Help - Creating An Avatar

This is where the excitement and creativity begins! When you create your account and Fly to the Island for the first time you will be prompted to create your avatar (character). You can choose from a wide range of clothing and features, from those all important hair styles to sexy shoes!

As a part of the registration process you'll be asked personal information which includes, e-mail address, date of birth and phone number. We don't share your personal information with third parties and is only used by Club Tropica for account purposes. Please take a few moments to read our Privacy Policy.

Why do I need to give you my phone or mobile telephone number?

As a security precaution, sometimes when you make a payment our automated security system sends your vouchers via SMS to your mobile, or create a call to your landline. For this to work, a proper number has to be provided. We also occasionally call you asking to enter your PIN when unusual account activity occurs on your premium account to ensure no unauthorised user is on your account.

How do I change my avatar's looks after I have set them?

You can do this by simply clicking your avatars face in the control bar when logged into the Island.

Is it possible for someone to steal my account?

It is not possible for anyone to steal an account through Club Tropica, but they still can get access if they have your password. For this reason, NEVER share your account information with anyone and make sure you keep your username and password in a safe place.
