What are Event Reps?

Event Reps are recognised members of the community for creating fun competitions, games and much more! Event Reps are like the Hotel guides that get you joined in with all the activities you can do whilst on your Holiday. They will hold regular events and you will be given an option to give feedback on that event. The top then users with the most votes for the events run that month will then be elected an Event Rep and be given a badge and uniform. To keep things fair, each one of the top ten will have 10% knocked off their score the following month so it gives other users a chance to participate.

How do I recognise Event Reps?

All Event Reps have a special badge with the letter "E" in the middle, remember they are site users just like you they just volunteer to spend some time helping. They need time to relax too so, just be mindful of that before walking up to an Event Rep.

What 'Special' Powers do Event Reps have?

Event Reps will have a badge, special uniform and room override access.

We closely monitor all Event Reps. If you think an Event Rep is abusing their position then please use the Contact Us form to tell us.

How do I create an Event?

We've made creating an event really simple. Head over to your account settings by clicking 'My Account' and then head over to 'Event Management'. From there you can create an event or manage existing ones should you need to edit it or add to it.
