What Are Island Staff?

Island Staff are contracted employee's who work for Club Tropica UK Ltd either part-time or full-time, there are all sorts of staff within the island - the more common being Customer Support Representatives and Technicians. Within the island, you'll also find a Site Producer who is in charge of writing and maintaining the content on the Club Tropica website!

Customer Support/Moderation Staff Members are employed personnel responsible for user safety and education. They will work alongside Safety Officer's to ensure Club Tropica remains a safe and enjoyable environment for all as well as providing you with excellent Customer Service.

Community Staff members are employed personnel responsible for running the Island. They are charged with the responsiblity of providing you with support, events, user safety, administration and much more.

Where can I find Island Staff?

Island Staff do not really have a certain place where you can find them on the Island so you will most likely find them roaming about just like you. If you need one desperately, then you can send a call for Emergency Assistance by clicking the button while logged into the Island (The orange question mark).

How Do I Recognise A Safety Officer?

All Island Staff have a special badge with the letter "S" in the middle; this will be displayed at all times. However there may be times when it is not due to perhaps a campaign or event. If their badge is hidden then please respect their privacy.

What 'Special' Powers Do Island Staff Have?

Island Staff have the power to mute, alert, kick, confine a user to a guest room, restrict profile editing & access, restrict IM access or ban people. All staff are police vetted before they begin employment with Club Tropica.
