New User Help - Message Centre

The Message Centre is the home of Private Messaging (PM)! This is where you can keep in touch with those all important friends. You can send and receive messages from other Club Tropica customers, Club Tropica staff, organise your messages or create your own folders!

How do I access my Inbox?

To access your Inbox you will need to click the label at the top of the page, '(0) Inbox'.

How do I know if I have any unread Private Messages?

When you log into the site you will see at the top of the page if you have any unread messages by looking at the text label, '(1) Inbox', the number represents how many unread messages you have.

How do I reply to a Private Message I have received?

On the message itself you will have several options at the bottom, one being 'reply'. Click this to send a reply.

How do I send a Private Chat Message?

To send a Private Message, go to your Inbox by selecting '(0) Inbox' at the top of the page, and then select "New Message" from the left hand side. Once you have written out your message and added who you want to send it to, you can hit 'Send Messages' at the bottom of the page.

How do I add my own folders to the Private Messenger?

When logged into the site go to your inbox and click 'Folder Options' you then have the choice to add any folders you wish to. You can name these Folders what you like and should you wish to edit/delete them simply head over to the 'Folder Options' again.
