In the next edition of the islander there is a competition and an announcement about a quiz.
More people chatting! using the forums and generally being friendly and fun. Don't you just hate it when you bother to say hi and they don't even bother to say hey back? "How wude"!
Maybe there should be one evening a week let's say a Tuesday at 8.30 to 9pm (just a random guess) where the chat room is the place to meet - the CT Bar. There could even be a topic of the week to chat about (maybe something interesting from the forums) this could be advertised first on the home page so they know before they enter.
Why not have more fun stuff in the top left hand box on the home page. It would be a great place to advertise anything going on or fun/intesting to look at...
Yes, competitions seem popular with some too but always best to start with one or two things so that you can keep on top of it and do it well.
I do try to keep the forums interesting but only a few people seem to see the Threads and very few even bother to join in. I have sort of given up lately :(

Don't know where to put this. So will put it here.
On the home page I clicked on 'featured groups' and out of the first 4 group pages I clicked on 3 were not available to view! The one I could look at had a forum with it with nothing on it so I recon it hasn't been active for ages.
I would like to see something that teaches users about cyberbullying or dangers that CT users could encounter on the internet and how to deal with them.

Im getting this subject to the top of the page, just to see if there are any other ideas floating about out there, one idea that has been put forward is a CT radio station, I quite like that, have we got any budding presenters out there ?
