I try hard to have an open mind on all things if I possibly can.
I believe in ghosts! Ive had numerous experiences in my house, which at first scared me to death, but now I am getting used to. Call me crazy or not, I have seen what I have and can't deny it!

I don't think you are crazy! :) but you can't just leave us all dangling in the air like that, WHAT were the things that happened to you? Oooo SO interesting, I for one would love to know.
Well, lots of things have happened. Almost every night now I get knocks at my bedroom door in the middle of the night finding no one there. Just yesterday, sitting where I am now my bathroom door slammed shut, and of course being winter, no windows were opened. The most scary thing that happened to me is a touchy subject and I don't feel obligated to go there, for one, its creepy, and two you'll think im absolutely insane. But, another one was sitting right here.. and from where I am now I can see out of my room, and have a full view of my stairs. In the corner of my eye I saw a figure going downstairs, I thought it was one of my friends. So I yelled "What are you doing?", I got no response. When I finally looked over it was a solid image, not translucent of an older person walking down the stairs, not moving its arms or nothing, just looking straight ahead and walking.. I ran to see if I could see it anymore, but it was gone. Another one was I was sleeping, and I woke up in the middle of the night as to something watching me. All of a sudden, the radio turns on. Mind you there was no power lossage, or electrical storm. I go over to turn it off but it wont, I look in the back for batteries but there isnt, I look for a plug but there isnt one.
These are just some of the stories guys! I do see shadows etc
wow, worth waiting for. I hope you tell us more sometime. The radio is most odd, how on earth can it work if no power?
I think we can sometimes debunk a lot of things but just occasionally there are things that happen that we just cannot explain.
My father has seen what he thought to be 'someone' in their house. Once he was alone and my mother was at work. He was watching TV and she walked passed him and through the door to go upstairs. He said, well nice of you to say hello and then realised she was staying at my house and he had locked up for the night, so he jumped up and chased 'whoever' up the stairs, but there was no one.
Funny thing, I mentioned it to him jokingly the other week when I was staying there and he said he had seen something similar again during the daytime just recently. He thought it was mum again, but when he followed it upstairs she was already up there doing her makeup and had been all along.
Last time we told him he must have been sleepy watching TV but this time he was just downstairs waiting to go out with mum.

Who watches 'Ghost Hunters International' when it is on? I think that is the best Ghostie programme.
Update: I have been wide awake for all of these experiences and I can tell you they are real and there is no explanation but the fact that there is a ghost present in my house. Two of three hours ago I was doing work in my office when I heard three knocks at my door, now my door is see through glass so I can clearly see through the other side. Where my office stands I can see across the hallway, into my family room. As I am in shock of these knocks, I watch the room and suddenly the pillow was lifted up and placed on the ground as if someone took it, put it down and sat down in the place of the pillow.
Creepy eh?
omg, how weird would that be to see. Were you not scared? did you just go pick the pillow up and put it back? was there anyone at the door?
Ooh, I have just re read your post and see it has ONLY JUST HAPPENED to you, aah! maybe someone used to live in your home before and is still sort of there now. I suppose they just wanted to sit on the sofa :)
How long have you lived in this house?
Just realised that we are putting our stories here and in the other Ghost story thread - have you read Superbs, it is good.
Of course I was scared, to see a pillow lifted off the couch and placed down but nothing is scary, isn't it? But no, I could see right through because the door is glass and there was nothing there, and it was a distinct three knocks.
I've lived in the house for sixteen coming up seventeen years around now. Only started experiencing things a year ago.
