Have you ever lost something and then ages later or in the strangest of circumstances found it again?
OR put something in a safe place and then forgotten it was even there and lost it.
Heard a great story today.
A family had had some bad news, the father had been made redundant so they decided to take a holiday to a seaside town in Britain.
They were all messing around down on the beach when the Mum realised her beautiful ring had fallen off. They were all very upset and spent ages looking for it.
When they returned home the husband insisted on getting another replacement ring for his wife using the redundancy money even though that wasn't really a sensible thing to do.
Two or three years later they decided to revisit the seaside town and went down onto the same beach. They were reminiscing about the sad day when she had lost her ring and they heard her say " I've found it" - yes, she had dropped a cigarette end down in the sand and then felt bad and picked it back up and beside it in the sand was her ring!
How amazing is that!!!
