Aw I just read through this thread :( I remember it quite well =/It's actually quite gutting that TP closed after all that hard work went into it :( But it had a good run. I think its a good idea to put a fansite through API but it kinda defeats the whole point of a fansite? I know this discussion was oldbut ohwell :P It is a shame that there are no fansites now. But I think if the client was actually released, CT would be a whole different story, and I think it would have a lot more members than current, because thats what people came for? I know its now a community site but I still think it lacks some things? 1st, members, there aren't all that many active members? 2nd, features, CT is pretty unique but I dont think it has any extra special features that no other website has? 3rd, Isla points, is there any point to them? The only current use for Isla, is to get rid of adverts. Points are useless and are only really used for the leaderboard? Theres nothing to buy with them because everythings free. 4th, Support, I know support tickets are answered but most of the time (on my support tickets), they are just forwarded, and then left there? I think there should be more active support staff and people to fix bugs in the site?
I know I've gone really off topic here but its my views on CT. I support CT and I'm an active member but I just think it needs a couple of boosts to get more members in and more people in the community? This has gone way off topic but I just thought I'd write it. It kinda leads back to the whole fansite sit? By the way CT has changed, it killed off fansites and members? I'm not trying to sound like a rude a hole here but it's just my opinion.
Thanks :)
