I think to identify staff members within the chat room, instead of being able to see the users Display Picture there should be a CT Staff Logo,
E.G.
[The Rep Badge] Davids: Hello
[The Admin Badge] Azzle: Hello

Or Specific Colours in the right panel E.G. Red - Admin, Green - Reps, Orange - Moderator

Just a suggestion haha.
