Club Tropica is an adult site, but some types of behaviour will NOT be tolerated. You might think that the rules will spoil your enjoyment of the site but, they are in-place to enhance everyone's enjoyment, think of them more as guides to public decency. For example; most people would not *cough* you know.. in the middle of their local restaurant, they would keep that activity to the bedroom *winks* and we at Club Tropica feel the same way. Public Areas are for all to enjoy; want to get romantic; use private chatrooms! The same goes for other activities like excessive swearing and flooding the chat screen, not everyone might want to see it.

In Public Areas users will refrain from:

• Communication, or behaviour which involves explicit language (strong swear words) or sexual content.
• Sex and violence or, anything else that could be considered offensive.

Public Areas are areas that any user can easily gain access to without being warned of the purpose of that area. A Members Only Group is not "Public", same with "Messaging" and "Private Chats".

In ALL Areas users will refrain from:

• Asking for, or giving out account passwords, try and trick other users into giving you their password or, use any means (including 3 rd party sites and tools) to try and gain passwords and/or access to other Club Tropica users accounts.
• Steal or knowingly take Club Tropica Items or Isla that do not belong to you.
• Share personal information about another user, this would include; age, gender, their marital status, race, religion, sexual preference and real life location beyond what is provided by that user on their own Club Tropica profile. Club Tropica users may disclose their own personal information but, we recommend reading our online safety pages before you do so.
• Using derogatory or demeaning language in reference to another Club Tropica user's race, ethnicity, gender, religion or, sexual orientation.
• Behaving in a manner which is offensively coarse, intimidating or threatening.
• Repeatedly making unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors.
• Behaving in any way that is likely to cause annoyance or that could be classed as disruptive or Harassment.
• Behaving in a manner which is offensively coarse, intimidating or threatening.
• Disrupting scheduled events, repeatedly advertise groups and events or flooding the chat screen.
• Posting conversation logs or Instant Message taken from Club Tropica without the consent of all those involved in the logs.
• Breaking the law (in any country) or encouraging another user to break the law.
• Use any program to try view and/or edit any communications, software, coding, website, documents, and database maliciously against Club Tropica in any way.
• Breaching our Image/Sticker/Background rules clearly stated here.
• Breaching any term in the Terms and Conditions.

What happens if I break the rules?

Anyone that breaks the rules will be alerted as to their behaviour or, if the offence is serious enough you might find their account suspended or banned from Club Tropica.
