Welcome to ClubTropica

Club Tropica isn't like a lot of chat sites, or game sites; it's more of a community. A website with various of fun features, you can explore profiles, meet new people, hang out with friends in chatrooms and lots more! BUT, because of all these new features you might find simple things like messaging and chatting a bit mystifying at first. So, to help you get used to Club Tropica and to make you feel as welcome as possible we've put together these help pages. They contain all the information you should need to get you started, everything from creating an account to sprucing up your profile.

Tips

• Your Username - Make sure your Username does not disclose too much personal information. Using a DOB for example would be bad, but using your first name is fine!
• Your Password - Do not use the password "password"! Make sure it's easy to remember, but not too easy to guess. Use numbers and symbols!
• Your Email - Having a valid email address is crucial for the integrity of your account. If you forget your password we will resend your login credentials to the email registered.
• ClubTropica PIN - Some features on ClubTropica require a PIN number (For example, ClubTropica Online Banking). Think of one no one else would know. (Try not to use your birth year, or 1234!)
• Profile Data - Try and impress people, if you don't provide information about yourself, people won't be interested in you! Fill in as much information as you can, the more you provide, the more people willing to contact you.
