Messaging / Email
The Message Centre is the home of Private Messaging (PM) and Emailing! This is where you can keep in touch with those all important friends. You can send and receive messages from other Club Tropica users, Club Tropica staff, send and receive emails using your own ClubTropica Email addresses, organise your messages or create your own folders!
Tips:
- How do I access my Inbox? - Login to your account > At the top right of the page, hover over the envelope icon (It's up in the blue area) > Click "Inbox"
- How do I know if I have any unread Private Messages or Emails? - When you log into the site you will see at the top of the page if you have any unread messages by looking at the text label, 'Inbox: You have 1 new messages', the number represents how many unread messages you have.
- How do I reply to a Private Message or Email I have received? - When viewing a message, click the reply button at the bottom. Some users may have their mobiles set up, which means you can also reply to their Mobile via SMS too by clicking the appropriate icon.
- How do I send a Private Message? - When in Inbox (View first step above) click "New Message" > In the "To:" put in the ClubTropica Username (You can send to up to 10 ClubTropica users by seperating with a semi-colon ; ) > Enter a Subject > Enter a Message > Once Complete click "Send Message" found below the "Subject" field.
- How do I add my own folders to the Private Messenger? - When logged into the site go to your inbox and click 'Folder Options' you then have the choice to add any folders you wish to. You can name these Folders what you like and should you wish to edit/delete them simply head over to the 'Folder Options' again.
