SMS'ing is now at ClubTropica

ClubTropica has now moved on to offering more services. Currently, every Club Tropica user gets the option to have as many email addresses they like to their messenger, now you can receive and send SMS messages too!

You will now notice when receiving messages from users, next to the reply button sometimes a mobile icon will appear. This icon means the user has verified a mobile number with us and that you can send them a message to their mobile number.

However, you can also send SMS messages to ANY mobile number, even if they're not a ClubTropica user. We will even store this number for you, so you can quickly retrieve the number when sending another SMS message to this person. You can choose to send messages from your real mobile number, or from the ClubTropica 80008 number, which also allows replies.

Sending an SMS costs 2 Isla without a package, however if you purchase an SMS Package your SMS's could cost just 6 pence, including international messages; That is almost 7 times cheaper* of some Pay As You Go tarrifs!

and again... the point of this is so people don't have to know who you are... or they can! You have a choice of sending/receiving replies from ClubTropicas number, or your own personal number. ;]
