We've got your answer... CT Style!

ClubTropica does indeed have your answer... to any questions you may have!

When on any ClubTropica page, you can get further information about the page by clicking the ? mark at the bottom corner of your screen. You will get presented with a speech bubble similar to this:

If you still have a question, you can ask the ClubTropica Representatives who will send you an answer straight away. This can range from tips on how to do things quicker, through to how to meet new people or how to earn more isla. Simply click "I still require further help!" and you will be displayed with 3 options.

Make sure you select the appropriate option. If its about your account, or a billing issue, or anything you would not want a user on ClubTropica knowing, then select the second option, else, click the first option "I have a general question about ClubTropica". Once clicked, you will be asked to enter your question as shown here:

Once you've written your message, click "Send Question". ClubTropica will then send your question to its many Expert ClubTropica Representatives who are users who volunteer their time to help you. At this stage, you can move to different pages or even log out and check the answer later.

We allow you to monitor the progress of your question, as soon as someones picked up your question you will be shown which representative is going to answer your query like so:

As soon as the representative has answered your issue, you will be presented an answer to your question. The whole process on average usually takes under 60 seconds depending how many CT Reps are online. You do not have to stay on the same page, however, once you have seen the answer you will not be able to retrieve this so make sure you remember or save it!

You do not have to be a new user to use this, it is open to everyone!
