So, which the launch of the new site only being one week old, we can already see a boost in the sites activity. I think it's simply down to the fact that the homepage has a more inviting feel to it. Also, every night, the chat room is non-stop talk, which is always nice to see. So, over the past few weeks, you must've become used to the site by now, but there are always new people coming to ClubTropica and they may need some help, so why not consider being a ClubTropica rep? Is it your Birthday? Anniversary? Host an Event!
Well, this sub-heading is a bit misleading, as you don't really need a reason to host an event on ClubTropica! It's really quick and easy to set up an event on ClubTropica too (and you get free advertising of you event on the homepage too). There are only 4 steps to creating your event too, so it's easy to invite people to your online tea party!
To start, you need to know what event you want to hold and whether it will be in real-life or on the ClubTropica Community Chatrooms. Once you have chosen your event, you'll need to register it into the Create Events page, here you will need to fill in the necessary information for your event (make sure you give lots of details as to what the event is about), once you have done this, click the 'Continue' button which will take you to a page will a list of your friends with a tick box next to them all, click these boxes to invite your friends to your event.
Once you have invited all your friends along to your event, click the 'Continue' button once again. Now, this is where you get to tidy up any of you event details, check to see that you haven't made any mistakes whilst creating your event and then click the 'Continue' button once more.
It may take a little time in loading the next step, this is because a message is being sent out to all your friends that you invited, give it 5-30 seconds to finish and you should be told that your event has been created.
All that's left to do is wait for the guest and host your event!
