Edster, images need to be approved by CT staff (not just image mods) before they can be sold. That's why you see the "Pending" status.

In answer to your question, actually I am not sure. I don't put them all up as they don't all fit on :) I think most people choose what they want to show. I just haven't really bothered. :)
