Betch	Like he said, google it. Thats what I did! It'll appear in 24 hours when you purchase it. Try googling "tiled images" or "avatars" or something. Usually those will be smaller. If not, use photobucket to resize them. Select "Avatar 100 x 75" when resizing for best results.

Mono	It's a pain, but you've got to find a pretty small image. You can resize a bigger picture on some image editing software (I used Irfan View, which is free on the net). It's going to be tiled, remember, so having like a picture of a dog about a hundred times over your page might not look great!
