That's alright. All I did was change the colour of my boxes to white card and then I went into the shop clicked Stickers then selected Default Profile and used Box1 Box2 and Box3.

I can answer that for you: The rounded boxes are stickers, and he used the transparent widgets (you can buy it with points or isla in the bolt-on shop) and placed those on top of the widgets.
