New-User Representatives
New User Representatives are here to welcome users who have joined ClubTropica. Users who sign up are automatically assigned a rep that is on duty who will be their first port of call for any issues they may face on ClubTropica. They also help ClubTropica by giving us feedback about new users, their comments, and issues they feel need to be resolved. Reps also deal with users who have yet to use all the features available on ClubTropica. For every user who completes the Reps check list, the user will win an award for "Graduating" the ClubTropica training session, and the rep will receive 1 point. Each point gets added to a highscore table for chances to win prizes.
Can I become a New-User Representative?
Anyone can apply to become a Community Rep, providing they meet a few simple requirements. If you can answer yes to the following questions, then you can apply to become a Community Rep:
- Are you of the age of 16 or over?
- Is your account over 9 weeks old?
- Have you logged into Club Tropica more than 120 times?
- Do you have a clean record? Is your account free from bans and privilege suspensions?
- Can you answer questions about Club Tropica?
If you answered no to any of the above then unfortunately you cannot apply to become a Community Rep at this time, don't panic though, we will be recruiting more in the future and there is no reason why you cannot apply then!
